Apply for ground lease on the basis of the favourable condition

Not all leaseholders who were eligible to transfer before 8 January 2020 applied in time. As a result, they were unable to make use of the favourable conditions. The municipality has drawn up a scheme that gives leaseholders a chance to apply for a transfer under the conditions that applied before 8 January 2020.
